For food trucks
QR menu for food trucks
A queue that comes and goes, one tablet, no cash till, and every customer holding a phone. Print a card, take orders on it, work the pickup names off the ticket.

Who this is for
One or two people running the window, a short menu, walk-up service. You don't need tables — you need a queue that people can order themselves into and a display that tells them when their food is ready.
What you get, specifically
A single QR (or two — one for each side of the truck). Guests order from the pavement.
The ticket carries their name, sequential token number (#47), and items. No shouting order numbers across the counter.
Live collection board: mount a window tablet showing 'Preparing' and 'Ready to Collect' tokens so customers wait comfortably without crowding.
Live status on the guest's phone — their mobile screen updates to green when the truck pass marks it ready.
UPI at the QR — the pickup line moves faster because nobody's fumbling for change.
Menu edits ship instantly — sold out of an item? Tap once, off the menu.
Frequently asked questions about QRDinesOS for food trucks
Do customers need an app to track their pickup number?
No app is needed. Every customer receives a short daily token (e.g. #47) on their browser receipt, and can watch either their phone screen or your window collection board.
How do customers know when their food truck order is ready?
When kitchen staff tap "Ready", the customer's phone turns green with a collection alert, and their token lights up on your pickup board.
Can a food truck use just one QR code for all walk-up customers?
Yes. You can stick one large QR decal on the truck counter or window. Customers scan, enter their name, order, and pay without crowding the window.
Does it support fast UPI payments?
Yes. Customers pay via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app directly at checkout, eliminating cash-change delays during lunch rush.
